"In this journey to "self love" and "unconditional love" and "self-acceptance," how does that actually HELP me to reach my goals? I am afraid that if I ACCEPT myself, just as I am, that I will RESIGN to staying the same. Don't I have to be dissatisfied with my current self in order to change it?"
